How to use this assessment: Rate your organisation as a whole — its systemic patterns, cultural norms, and structural behaviours. Base your ratings on what is consistently true across the organisation, not what is aspirationally intended or true in isolated pockets. Honest assessment produces the most useful diagnostic.
This diagnostic measures your organisation's systemic relationship with courage across the Four Steps: Step Up, Step In, Step Forward, and Step Together.
There are 20 statements — five per dimension. Rate each from 1 (never true of our organisation) to 6 (always true of our organisation). You will receive an organisational courage profile with systemic interpretation and recommended organisational practices for each dimension.
